You should roast whatever part of the chicken that you like to eat :-) We get whole bone-in breasts and packs of whole legs from our meat CSA, so it's usually one or the other here.

You should try to act like you're having fun while you're cooking, if only for Aura's sake. Soon she'll be old enough to do some real cooking and you can put her to work.

In the meanwhile, send Adam to HMart to get you a Cuckoo rice cooker!

And yes, we pickup the fish at Turner's. And yes, we need to catch up!Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10280288778530721329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7965613854970685864.post-14398684949052542682011-03-27T22:24:11.466-04:002011-03-27T22:24:11.466-04:00See? Just roast a breast? Or do I have to, you know, rip the chicken apart, with all that nasty raw chicken feeling and bones cracking and....AAAHH. There is so much to learn, and so little bravery on my part to do so.

That being said, I'm going to try the compartmentalizing on the weekend/early week thing. That's a goodie, right there. Thanks.

Hey--we just joined a fish CSA, too. Are you picking up Cape Ann's at Turner's??

(We need to catch up.)Katehttp://andthenkate.comnoreply@blogger.com
